Assistant Professor Andrey Elster joined the Faculty in 2019. Andrey received his Ph.D. from the School of Business Administration, Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2017.

Andrey’s research spans three interrelated areas: personal values, identification with an organization, and cross-cultural differences in the strength of social norms.
