Shelly Ashtar



I have a BA in Psychology, Cognition and Neuroscience, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a MSc in Behavioral and Management Sciences- Organizational Psychology from the Technion. 

My MSc thesis focused on customer emotions, work demands and employee withdrawal behaviors. 

I am currently a PhD student, jointly supervised by Prof. Anat Rafaeli and Dr. Galit Yom-Tov. I study the effect of customer behaviors on service systems.
