Shelly Ashtar



Shelly Ashtar has a BA in Psychology and Multidisciplinary Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a MSc in Behavioral and Management Sciences- Organizational Psychology from the Technion. 

Her MSc thesis focused on customer emotions, work demands and employee withdrawal behaviors. 

Shelly is currently a PhD student, jointly supervised by Prof. Anat Rafaeli and Dr. Galit Yom-Tov. She studies the effect of customer behaviors on service systems.
