The effect of Trust levels within a team and climate on perceived resilience
Organizations today must function and succeed under complex and rapidly changing conditions. Resilience is one key factor to cope with stress and improve performance levels in various fields. Several studies has been dealt with ways to enhance resilience, the goal of this study is to discover other variables to predict resilience and to observe the influence on different performance measurement.
In the session, we will review resilience studies and the benefit of this study on resilience predictors and performance KPI influenced by resilience.
Furthermore, we will analyze different motivation levels effect on resilience and summarize by discussing future researches, implications and challenges along the process.
