Prof. Emeritus Eitan Gerstner joined the Faculty as a visiting scientist in 1997 and as a Professor in 2009. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California in1983.
His research focuses on business practices and pricing policies that can lead to service failures and on public policies that can prevent them.
Prior to joining the faculty Prof Gerstner served as Professor of Marketing and Retailing
at Loughborough University (2008-2009) and as Professor of Marketing in the University of California, (1994-2007)
